Hi, @Dev_VKC . I commented on the Aug 19’s update as follows:

The developer confirmed this comment and I think that Bond Effect was turned on and off with this update. Thank you.

However, what I want to ask most is not to change the specifications of monsters and skills just before Ranked PvP. The reason is the same as the previous comment.
There should be other times when you can update. Why update at the worst timing? I hope the same thing will not happen in the future.

I agree. This update messed up so many people’s games who couldn’t take part in PvP as a result. There’s also the issue of monster balance, it’s really not fair to make balance changes a day before ranked is due to start. There’s no shame in delaying things until the worst bugs are taken care of.
