Online server cannot connect.

I have been having these issues for sometimes and also I can open the online server but now…
I’m absolutely unable to open it at all…
I have no idea what’s happening. It DC me when I win the Island challenge level 300 and afterward, I have no idea why it’s unable to access the online server again…

I see some people were also having the same issues but none of them gave the exact same solution.
If anybody knows how to solve this…
I would like to know how to.

I think its under maintenace or something with PvP thingy, just wait a while

Do they post about their maintenance in their social media?

Same problem and it’s been 2 days I can’t connect to the server

I have question to ask why I can’t play on online when I have a stable internet connection. I tried to delete the game and transfer the data and now I can’t transfer because I “can’t connect to server” and I tried to transfer my data to my friend phone and it says " transfer data not found" can someone please help me with this

I have the same problem when i play the game on my old tablet!! On my smartphone the game connects with no problem!!!

We all have the same problem my guy and I thought I was getting banned from the game

Hope they gonna fix this issue today so I can grind gems.

@Dev_VKC I still can’t transfer my data cuz I can’t connect to the server. Is this gonna fix today.? Hope it will

The thing is, I don’t have any other devices that I can play Neo Monsters other than I’m using right now but thank you so much for helping us out.

I’m sure some of us might find it useful ^^

Well i also have same problem and i am still not able to go in online section
