I just updated the game, first thing was on the news 6/10, I couldn’t connect to it and it booted me to home screen. now i cant do any online missions or see the daily log in. I’ve tried restarting the game twice with no change.

I am not able to play online after update to 1.3.6 . I am not able to play Any online events, online story, then i used my key and then not able to play Any quests also. What is doing developers? My data speed is 30-40. In previous updated all online missions was connecting in 5-10 sec even when my data speed was 5-10. And now I can’t play anything. Plz do something I really like neo monsters game and I don’t want to miss out tomorrow’s event.

Ryan, still any event is not opening I keep getting msg can not connect to server at this time. Plz do something before tomorrow. Previous server was good never got these problems.

I am from India and one of my Facebook friend from Switzerland I asked him he said he is able to play. He said he is using 3g and I am using 2g. But I am able to go till there in no time, then y would anyone need 3g to go after that? Why should anyone recharge 3g data pack for just play This? I really want to play this but as a student I can’t afford 3g net. Previous version was good plz do something like that.

I have 4g lte. but I do have a data cap and it does slow down after I use so much data. I’m not sure how to test that tho.

Hello, just registered here for reporting that i got the same problem. Can´t play online for 1 1/2 days now, always get the message, that no internet connection was found… So what to do?
