What type of arkadion is Octoneer and how to defeat it effectively?

Actually you are wrong. It is Aquatic type, And there is a certain move called fishbane, which effect increase by 200% against aquatic type. Ark like Breezehawk has this move. So…well…you know…~~
Yeah, but who besides Kooka would use Breezehawk in PvP 
I never used it in PVP but Pengboss has fishbane that hits all enemies
