Hi guys am more or less new here and this is my first post. Am having huge trouble making Noxar appear. I know where to find him but I spend hours walking or touching the same area before he appears. Was wondering if there is a faster way of him appearing??? Thank you for any sort of help.
Did you try going to Veridian City and talking to the old man who teaches you how to catch monsters? Then immediately after flying to Cinnabar Island and searching along the Eastern coast?

Huh? Are you referring to Neo Monsters APK game??? I was referring to the Legendary NOXAR in the last offline Map…I think is called the Cursed Island.

Hey man. Welcome to the game! Don’t listen to Gary Oak, he’s Neomon’s resident comedian and suffered some emotional trauma as a child where he accidentally sat on the face of a dophreese after he found out his Dad left. Nice guy though.
Noxar can be tricky. I watched a video on YouTube and walked to the exact spot as another guy did. He literally just moved left and right for one step constantly. Give it a shot. Good luck!
