Not rolling this festival

In my opinion. The monsters seem good but not groundbreaking which is good, but not good enough for me to roll especially since dark monsters normally synergize.

Based upon test event pumpkin’s poison eater couldn’t one shot tagonoshi the first time and then did massive damage the second Time and the poison massacre as always I feel can’t sweep.

Maggot has double poison chomp which is great, and I think the mons has great potential but I don’t believe they’re worth the roll.

Thoughts?

Theyre great, but rumors are that there are things worth saving for coming.

I did 1 pack. Oak dupe. Im keeping my 175 gems and gonna try to get 300 by NY.

Maggatsuoh was totally over hyped. Looks like a solid legend but doesn’t come even close to the potential Delug had in his release. Comparison because Delug is story mode final boss, maggat is online story final boss.

But BB is broken. I still wonder if Devs knew what they were doing when they released hin.

rolled one pack got gear, good for uc I guess.

as for the highlighted monsters I also don’t think they are worth rolling.

as for comparison most players were rolling for bb and mojo for trolls

Onigeist is the real mvp this past pvp idk why you wouldn’t roll, right? @Unown

Thats the one i want most from this festival.

Because they too broke to roll 12+ packs

Lol I wouldn’t try it. I rolled 30 packs this festival and still didn’t get angelion

Lots of monsters seem to get overhyped. Mojinator is a good example! Maggat has a very nice moveset with quite high speed killing moves and two immunities. People were especially keen on venom chrono killer and its 70TU. Stun immunity and poison immunity are no joke either, they definitely make it a good monster. The issue is that with such slow speed Maggat doesn’t play so well in the PvP meta where things often need to make a big impact or if they’re slow they need to have some really positive benefit like Peng’s slayerbane all or Oak’s double repulse and auto-poison. Those two I mentioned there have hold ground too, which helps out with their slow speed.

Maggat can potentially die before doing that much in a battle and to try using toxic conversion → blight bomb will be very tricky because of Maggat’s slow speed AND the 78s before the Maggatoid gets a turn in which the opponent can kill it very easily. I think it Maggatsuoh had 50-60% speed people would be raving about it but as it stands the monster is a bit more balanced and is simply a good sweeper with combo potential. It will probably work a lot better in PvE when people figure out the best ways to utilise blight bomb to sweep through the enemy team up to three times. Blight bomb was the thing that most excited me.

Pumpking is quite cool and can fit nicely into poison teams as a sweeper. Nothing overly special but a good monster. I said similar things about Jaguardion but I think Jaguar is a better monster because of the stun immunity.

Uggly featured monsters, not worth rolling

Jag is the bombdiggitydog. A little fragile but shielded and protected he is the king bee of the beez kneez for PvPzzz
