What we are trying is to slow down the power creep, by releasing niche or combo monsters such as Kumachi and Kasumi. We can buff them at a slower pace if they turn out to be underwhelming, while also increasing the gems and ingredients rewards so that Mythics are more accessible and new users can evolve the monsters they hatch more easily.

You are right. I wish we could split players in PvP too, trust me. The player base in PvP has increased quite a bit after we revamped the PvP event, but we are still not comfortable enough to split it. Hopefully, with more accessible monsters, the number of PvP players will continue to grow.

Maybe Special Rule can help create a more beginner/mid-player friendly environment. We could limit Mythic monsters this time, it has been a while since we last ran that rule. Are there any Special Rules you find interesting?

Speaking of Special Rules, we had the “Throwback PvP” event where you could only use monsters released between 2015~2018. Did you enjoy that event? I felt like the teams were very similar to each other. With more powerful or annoying monsters available, players have more options. I feel like we can create more teams like ED, CW, or GF that you wouldn’t want to use them together. Each theme is quite unique and strong enough on its own for players to choose from.
