@kabylian It would be better if you could use it on all monsters even if they aren’t DR to finish them off, good point
yes and make the damage deal like 500k as well
Its somhow unfair because the description says you can only use it on monsters with death revenge, but when AP block it you actualy used it on a mosnters who doesnt have death revnge
its true what you say , i had the same in UC , i had spiderina and crimseias and i used the scapegoat on him , and a monster with retaliate killer tried to kill spiderina but its did not work and it affected crimseias who was killed when he hadit’s all PV
Glad to see almost everyone else agrees with what I was going to say… payback killer is great how it is. We need a proper death/payback/petrify revenge counter in the game because there are so many monsters with these passives and they are tough to deal with if this move didn’t exist.
The Rockoid +9 has been an enemy of mine for quite a long time, please don’t propose a buff
No one was using it until recently
TBH even though I don’t like throw I plan on getting it myself
Can U keep a secret
you wouldn’t believe how many secrets I am keeping already. So sure!
you wouldn’t believe how many secrets I’ve already failed to keep!
Noted.
Just hoping you can keep our little secret
Of course!!
On that post I meant Duck I already know you can keep our secret
Bruh they should make the excessive force version of it, all I’m saying is that this move is busted
The heck you talking about? I dont even own that thing. I dont and wont roll for waifus
I’ll give you guys context in the form of analogy, so basically we all have these killer moves like protector, sleep killer and whatnot that checks on def and other variants which basically does not one shot everything especially the tanky one and there exists thevariant with excessive force like wallbreaker and what not that doesnt check def and basically one shots its targets. Payback killer is basically the excessive force variant and there is no variant for the basic version which allows to hit targets for small damage. So basically we need two payback killer moves, the basic and the excessive force variant, if you think its funny then thats alright. Also I’m gonna call out @Killerdog for the poor moderation of this thread, you allowed discussion not related to this thread to go on, looks like you only moderate topics that are to your liking now, so unlike you from the past. Thats basically it anyways, up to the devs in the end
ngl that’s a really bizarre take lol. I think squinty summed it up pretty well with his first reply to the thread. anyway u think we’ll be able to play our tourney matches some time within the next week or so?
But why should we get the weaker form of a move that’s already balanced as it is and is actually very restricted compared to other killer moves? If I wanted a non-piercing move that ignores revenges, I’d use Chronozillion or Sivanna.
There was no discussion on the topic whatsoever because there was nobody to argue with, Payback Killer is seen as balanced by basically everyone
you know what? Payback Killer should ALWAYS deal critical damage but the restriction should remain.
If a protector redirects it, it takes the full 10k damage the move normally deals, but you still can’t use it if there aren’t any DR enemy monsters
