Is anyone struggling with this I only need 1 more shard and when I try to get the last one the game is telling me it’s maxed out???

You tried to exchange the last copy of her with Neo Ticket but the game told you you already have her at max bonus. After support team has fixed it for you, you used your Neo Ticket on Arachnadiva and awakened her, then saw invalid monster message.
Is it correct?
Yes I tried to use my ticket to get the last shard when I couldn’t purchase it I messaged the support team during that they were looking into what was wrong I decided to open up some packs for the anniversary and on the the 10th pack I got the last shard to awaken arachnadiva so I evolved her and thought everything was fixed and when I tried to use her on my team that’s when the message came up and said I have a invalid monster on my team
Ok. It makes sense.
