šŸ† Neo Monsters tier list (see first post) šŸ†

@Killerdog
Any thoughts on moving Pandamonium to S-?
I’ve been using him for a while and he seems great
He got too many option
Sacrifice team turn is lethal with Retribution teams
I don’t posion him to abuse the sleep lock but I do put a Lava entrance near him to woke him up from sleep then a team turn
His whole moveset seems fun and combos well in many teams

Glad to hear you’re liking him! I’d really like to see him more myself before making a judgement call on pushing him up any further but if enough other people want him higher I’ll move him one tier. People mostly want stuff higher rather than lower… it’s always a battle to spread things out enough over the tiers for a bell curve.

I think Skele deserves the S- tier imo it’s on the same powerlevel of Stag

I would like you to reconsider kirina being s+ in pvp. She is strong but most of the time she gets killed after her first turn. A combo with her is also very fragile and she needs purifying.

Pair her with a Shivadragon or something that can deal damage to hear like Bundleblazer

I see you having trouble using her, there are some monster like shivadragon and saberdragon to combo with her and make her half health so she doesn’t die early and in this meta flocco 5th or 6th is usual so flocco’s entrance makes her half health easily.

Btw she’s in S+ because of the low tu sweeping moves.Desperate strike/stampede when she gets on low health,True hit when protector around then Blood move sweeping when you get 2 kills on her in every 50sec is ridiculously good,it means she have a decent chance of killing an enemy monster every turn.

I don’t have shiva but I never really thought of pairing her with bundle. I’ll see how successful it is.

Your actually right. Altough I don’t have both monsters you’ve mentioned which means she isn’t really s+ in my team. But I’ll try to make her work somehow and thanks for your advice.

It is a good point how people can play against her well though. She may end up being in S tier or something in the long run. I was hasty to put her up at the top for PvP. Having things in your team to help her avoid 1HP / 100%HP will be important and you may even need multiple… which might be too awkward for the payoff and make her not as good as the best mythics. We’ll know with time.

Yes I’m glad you get my point. Just so you know I was really happy when I got her because of this thread says shes s+ which means she’s probably strong but it didn’t really amazed me as much. Although she is indeed strong when against AI.

Please reconsider my boy motordragon being a mere B. How is he lower than terrordragon? There have been a lot of strong monsters lately and the delay that bronzeshell offers is valuable. There are also a lot of ways to prevent the bronzeshell from lifeflipping to 1hp, you can hit them with uncharged skill like slayerbane, bloodcrave, dreamhunt which is highly available even to newer players.

He also has some crazy combo potential that can take down many s+ team like how he works with razorstorm, Time of reckoning would mostly be on your side and he can lifeflip a 1hp bronzeshell to full hp. Union is also charged unless one of them is taken down.

He also can’t be considered a deadweight since repulse and knockback next are great disrupt and he can also charge a blood move on rare cases.

maybe you right,he best monster to lock enemy with bronzeshell. but you must remember some newbie ,little hard to make a deck with him. not like another legendary with tier A.He can be demerit if your opponent have canibalize ,Azida, slayerbane or retribution move.

Even if newbies can’t build around him he still isn’t gonna end up useless. Most newbie are likely to face another newbie in pvp. And take a look at pandamonium being higher than him when newbies can’t also build around that setter. And those demerits you’ve mentioned are not enough since they can be avoidable by repulse and knockbck nxt or you can sweep them with other monsters. You should not have trouble doing it since the bronzeshells would give you tempo.

Honestly I think Motordragon is overrated and overused. It’s true it does support strong teams well but it has to be carefully built around to actually perform well. I’ve faced it countless times and never had much problem with it other than when the opponent is able to take over the match and sweep through my team in a controlled way. There have been a huge number of battles where I have removed their ability to backstab Motordragon and won the battle because of that. I think Lunartic is better in almost every way and an underplayed monster. However, I’m quite happy that people choose Motordragon over Lunartic because it makes my life easier!

In the tier list I basically class Motordragon as one of those lower tier monsters which performs much better when built around well (e.g. with slayerbane or with a FL control strategy that morphs itself into sweeping). It’s a combo piece used by top players but that’s it. I used to have it lower but I admit these days you can more easily abuse the way it slows down the enemy team and the secret skill definitely boosted its power lots.

I will aggree with you since you have more experience and knowledge in this game. But I just also want to point out that not everyone has a team probably as good as yours or has the same sense in battle, and also you’ve been playing the game for years.

I also don’t think lunartic is better than motor but I will not start that debate. Thanks for responding tho and I hope I can face you someday in pvp when I get stronger.

At the end of the day this tier list is not gospel and it has my personal bias in it. It’s a rough guide to what is good. I try to make it what’s good in theory, rather than simply ā€œwhat the top people are playingā€. Hence, certain popular monsters may be low in the tier list despite being combo pieces or essential parts of strong teams.

In general with Motordragon I recommend ignoring it unless the double repulse is really going to mess you up. Focus on the monster in their team that will let them control the battlefield. That may be a monster with backstab or a monster like Baublebasher with the low TU moves and camouflage. Some teams can be picked apart and they really falter. Teams with Motordragon have a higher chance at being one of those.

Lol you shouldn’t have told people. When I saw her it wasn’t the first thing I thought of, but later I saw how she was amazing to combine with OoO + Bundle where you can use her to sweep through the enemy team at crazy speed while the rest of the enemies are sweeping. She probably does need this kind of combo stuff to really shine in PvP but it does sound very powerful.

I’m tossing Skele out of my team because in half my matches he’s left there as dead weight using RAW, or worse, used to fuel True Hit.

He very powerful for sure, but protectors are suicide in the current meta.
