My top 3 (or rather top 4) are:

Nameless King + Wyvern (King of Storms). Would be amazing if defeating it would spawn the King like in the game.

Manus, Father of the Abyss/Gaping Dragon for the Lovecraftian design.

Seath the Scaleless, awesome dragon design.
All of those could easily be made into Neo designs though! Also my mind was blown because of that Flexile Sentry drawing. I never realized they were lizard heads! 
Just remembered the Bell Gargoyles from DS1 are noteworthy! They give me PTSD due to losing at least ten times to them, because I didn’t know how summons worked, sure, but their design is very cool and it could be a 6★ Nighthunter.
Btw Looking Glass Knight and Moonlight Butterfly are still my all-time favourites. Midir is badass too but I feel like that’s more because of its lore
Yeah they’re blue lizards in armour. The heads are normally hard to see in the battle.
They look great in that image you found. Sorry I skipped over them.
I didn’t look through all the enemies in the games but I tried to make sure I didn’t miss bosses.

That’s fair, there are a myriad of cool bosses from the Soulsborne series. You even included the Demon of Song which I had completely removed… 100% shock factor lmao
