No. U get to choose the first two targets and then 2 more targets for dual condition . So ull choose 4 targets carefully

Cos ita not Defang- all ; it’s dual defang
what the difference?
In Defang- all , u can click the skill and it will hit all targets. But in dual defang , ull select 2 targets and then 2 more additional targets out of remaining enemy monsters

U can confirm it like everytime u confirm 2 targets. This time it will ask u to pick 4 targets
but there are already 4 targets in the enemy field
