Um good luck setting up toxic/leech seed.
I mean maybe with a good Baton Pass but are you really gonna choose Venasaur Instead of something else as the pokemon to pass to?

Roaring Entrance+Give Turn is dangerous, though. Why not Double Give Turn?
Jk, you could give it Instant Purify All as a SS and swap Divine Entrance for Unmovable. Otherwise it’s too exploitable.
Nah that’s boring . These days monsters should just stay or enter field and do crazy things .
Well, what about a passive called Staleify Meta: unloads all enemy mortars, removes all marks on the field, de-summons all Rockoids at the end of the enemy team and summons a Bastia in both teams.

The name Palmtergeist is genius. Design wise, it reminds me of the Handsnake from the Devs but ramped up to eleven. Also, nice use of shading, makes it a very realistic hand. I only advise you to tilt your paper up a bit, so that the shadow of your phone isn’t projected on it. I’ve had to do it multiple times.
