I lost 2 potions when I added potions to the monster. The network has suddenly been disconnected. The game lately is often disconnected. Please delete accounts below level 50, if the player has not played more than 100 days. The server cannot hold thousands of accounts, and that makes the server down.
That doesn’t make sense at all. Why should inactive accounts border server work load. If they are not active they remain the same state all the time. And tbh I have not faced any issues considering that since before last pvp when actually online content were not working at all - but that’s not correlating with what you have said

In my country, every egg monster has good skills, they create new accounts, I think that’s the problem becz they make more than 10 accounts or 20 accounts.
And? What’s the problem I don’t understand. They don’t cause that much traffic. At anniversary maybe because many players were logged it simultaneously but right now I don’t think this might be the reason for your server issues

I had this issue last year where my game wouldnt update in the servers due to a bug where monsters duplicate from secret skills and every time devs fix the problem it always removes all pots i gained during the time and revert me back to when the problem had occured.
After few months devs told me they would solve the problem manually and offered me a generous compensation for the bug.
I dont remember the compensation excatly but they give me double the pots i was missing.
I think i was missing 9 pots and they gave me 18 as compensation plus the intial 9 that where on the monsters. I dont really remember the figures but somewhere close to that i think.
I contacted them thinking it was a mistake they said no you can keep them.

I just thought, if they made a new account then the account would be forgotten. How could 1 person manage multiple accounts?
