Legendary Potions Refund

A few minutes ago i tried to pot my Flarevern with the last 3 leg pots I’ve got but right after i press the button to give it the first one i lost my Internet connection and when i got it back my Flarevern had NO Bonus and i had 2 leg pots left to summarize i LOST 1 LEG POT this is the 3rd time this happens to me i live in Cuba and our Mobile Data Network is really bad but please could you check what I’m saying and Refund me my Leg Pot because they are really REALLY hard to get and we needs LOTS of them and i can afford to lose 1 PLEASE HELP ME!!! @Dev_VKC

I contacted the support team more than 48h ago and still no answer for how long will i have to wait for them to pay attention to me… This is just wrong

@Dev_VKC i contacted the support team exactly 1 week ago and still no answer for how long will i be ignored like this if this is the way you work I’m very disappointed

I’m pretty sure the support team is something separate

It didn’t feel like a bullying to me… I’m of the kind that can take the pressure without cracking it’s just like that phrase of Thurman you quoted once in Line “if you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen” or something like that

I lost 50 pots when they changed pot system, 1 pot is like trash

Well man you didn’t lost em’ you just needed 1 more for each monster it’s not the same at all i literally have lost 3 because of bad connection but I’m only asking for them to return the last one i lost
