Legend Dupes and Problems Overall

Luis has a point.(please excuse misspellings and grammer working a 13 hour shift), But please allow me to digress , as consumers you spend money…theoreticaly when you feel something gives you value, you spend money or time, either is an investment.

So what we are talking about is a return on investment. So let us as a group use the nomenclature known as ROI, for the discussion in this thread.

I think Zardacil hit the nail by saying, and not Zards words, but you gain nothing from dupes. And what Luis said holds true. Let us use me as an example, because I was honest about how much I have spent. So…I am not anywhere near the largest spenders, but I spend because I believe in the game. Long and short, spenders will be alienated because they get dupes, which when the money stops, the game is dead.

Zardicil is correct on the dupe problem has to be fixed. And it will cause F2P problems down the line when they get dupes.

Personnally, I do not have any Issues with duplicates.
I find it easy to avoid duplicate by carefully choosing the festival.

I would not like a system like in hearstone where everybody can craft the monster of his choice.
We would see TT everywhere, which means less monster diversity, which means less fun.

My main Issue is more the Price of the gem, which is too high compared to similar games.

In short: don’t the change the duplicate, but lower the price or keep the price but increase the odds of getting legendaries.

So let us agree there is a pricing issue with the game.

So the idea if spenders get sick of spending because they gain nothing. This is still a big issue. When spenders stop…the game dies. Make dupes worth something. I will beat this drum for one more week, then let it die iif others do not agree.
I just spent 30 or 40 real cash. Whatever it is and got nothing, all super epics. This is the problem I am speakkng about. Legends, dupes, punishment for paying. And F2P players, your game exists because us who pay.

So 4 packs all dupes and 2 legends which were dupes. 90 bucks american down the shitter. (I had one pack from gems)

I hate this thread feels negative, because I believe anyone who takes time to come to the board, likes the game. Yet, there are glaring problems like NMA lochi brought up, the LACK OF ROI. Which has been brought up, mainly by me, the originator of the thread because there is a sustainability issue with the game. Please those that went to “B” school chime in. Also the game will flourish once the balance vs what you pay and what you get is worked out.

As a community come together and work out our issues with the game. We should bitch and go, and THEN, go to the devs. I hope somebody that matters in the community will read this and start a meaningful convo.

dupes have ruined one of my favourite teams to use like it’s made it unusable in high levels now
