What does wish mean. There must be a drawback right because give turn, heal, and death wish is too OP to be true.
To wish: “Feel or express a strong desire or hope for something that cannot or probably will not happen.”

Maybe he activates GT of another monster that has give turn and after a certain number of seconds it makes it real
maybe there is a chance that the move fails, so like 30% chance to fail, 70% chance to give turn/heal/death wish.

I think it’s where he can only use one of his wish moves three times total, you can just decide which one. Seems appropriate for a genie, since they grant 3 wishes.
