The monster that has it usually has stunning entrance and timestrike. I use it sometimes to send my monster to the back of my lineup in case I need a last minute save.

Sendback and switch places are two of my favorite moves. If you have a stunning entrance monster in your fifth slot (or last slot if it is switch places) to instant stun the other team. They can also be used to send back poisoned monsters or sleeping monsters. Rhynobrawl is one of the best ones I use. He has poison gas to set up massacre sleep, and sendback.

Not sure about sleep. I know for sure poison disappears.
