Jesus Christ, came back to 400+ messages on this thread and I was tagged somewhere. I will say my opinion but I won’t discuss any further because all the ‘for’ and ‘against’ arguments came up already.
I’ve always been heavily against account sharing because, whether it’s harmless or not, it might lead to situations of heavy exploitation such as this. I also cannot understand how it’s not enough to have one high level account competing for the top spots. Anyone should understand why more than one is wrong. If everyone just played with their main account this whole problem wouldn’t even exist.
As far as punishments are concerned, I think breaking TOS once should result to disqualification and a temporary suspension and a repeated offense to a permanent ban.
Finally, it was positive to see lively conversation on this forum after a period of relative quietness 
I have spoken.
