Should I evolve lucifelle to her 2nd form? I have limited ingredients. Will she be good for PvE?

Very much so I think.
Charm is an extremely powerful and criminally underrated move for both PvE and PvP, and Heart Burst + Excessive Double Bloodthirst can win you the game when paired with a couple give turners.

The real crime on the monster itself is when the charm is put monster to sleep which is literally useless vs sleep immune.
The second one is real bs where tridakhan can shoot her with venom sleep killer, so the POISON immunity is real BULLSHIT.
The devs should make her sleep skill not a sleep skill but does the exact thing like a sleep skill like daunt ant taunt
If you’re fairly new to the game and/or don’t have a good selection of monsters that can one-shot things then she’s excellent. You can pair her with give turn monsters / protectors to use her double bloodthirst lots and easily kill many enemies.
