I also use stunners and marlspins against the bosses in conjunction with the shadowlances works well especially if you don’t have a lot of shadowlances created. Another tip on your healers don’t overlook the non holy ones whose abilities aren’t reduced by the shadow orc. Musharoo has offering, nilomoth, orcow, and volvoxon have risky heal, and spooker has life flip (and a shadow ark). I find risky heal works out the best for me especially if only 1 plasma is low on life. I also run the plasmas in sets of 3 1 S, 1 A, and 1, B so I know who needs the healing.

To add to your pve team, sure. He is like plasmorex, similar attack & defense. Just that it has metal slash.
For pvp, maybe not, unless you don’t have many 9+ arks. Too easilly killed…
