Made an in app purchase (evolution package lv6 $124.99) on 19th feb 2021 and have not received the package yet money has been taken from my PayPal account. Have sent 4 emails to customer support but yet to hear back… anyone else having these problems

My level 6 package was $80. Currency conversion must suck for you.

Yes im having the same problems, it been like this for 2 months with me, every time i try yo purchase gems it tells mr i already own this item. I also sent emails but never got a response
