I’m no specialist in that matter, but you should try to buy the official version of the game from the google playstore over a vpn / proxy server for $0 in the period where the game is set every ~3 weeks to no charge for a week. Then start with a fresh account. I started over with two new accounts twice and it’s actually more fun to play there than on my main account.

Try to talk in Discord or Telegram group with a few people from Cuba, they can teach you how to handle the country barrier.
