They banned my account that I have been with for 3 years because it used an application that was not official but I only used it to play because I love the game and I couldn’t buy the game because I am from Cuba and I am only 13 years old but thanks to I have it for free for a while but I need help to unban me I will do whatever is necessary but please help me I don’t want to lose all the progress I have

Of course I’m sorry that you have the geographical situation. But many Cubans are able to play without getting banned so you made some mistake.
Nobody will “help to unban you”, that’s not how it works! You break the rules, your account is done. This is clearly stated in the game’s terms of service.
You can always start a new one without hacks/with the official version.
