Yes, but some of them needs to be put to sleep anyway. It could have also be Poseidon and then you would have one kill less to do

I think that’s a consequence of the limited monster list. If you look at it, you’ll find out those you mention are almost every viable option the limits leave.
Yes, you can build anything else but you won’t if you want your team to be actually good.
Look at my case, for instance (I run a pretty large link fire at the mid and endgame). Every time I tried to build a nice and new front line which works well against actual meta, I found myself with a shitty mid or endgame due to the limitations. After a few days of frustration and coming here from time to time to say I hate this F limited monster rule, I was lucky to get two new fire monsters, and then I thought: “well, at least this is can be a decent team”. I added it a retribution FL (which I do not like) and that’s what I’m running this ranked while I wait for this limited list to change.
Almost 4 years gathering gems and monsters and now I feel like when I had only 6 months playing the game and had limited options to build a good team.
Two months ago I got bloomega, I made a front line I love, and now I can not use it. We cannot run what we like.

Damn, I remember a time when I ran a different team every ranked, a luxury I ironically I cannot have now that the limited monster list came to “increase diversity”.
