I just got slaughtered by one of the coolest teams I've come across. Care to share some of your PvP stories? (Part 1)

GG

Also to @Josuinho , @Killerdog , @Anne and many others.

Seems like a meta where anyone is beatable. I am still curious how Asmat has 31k points with that team xD

Somehow I am still not enjoying pvp because of a huge variety of FL. It feels like a coin flip every game :joy:

GG to you too, it was a fun game we had together. This meta appears to be fast sweeping things with lots of shields (mainly due to Dusicyon availability in the shop). It’s hard to get a high win rate against that I think but it’s nice for a difference.

You came up pretty uniquely… I first thought it’s your PvE team lol. There is nobody using polar bear or other monsters you bring up. I was quite confused by that tbh :joy: but it worked out for you

I very rarely play the meta. With good synergy and careful play many monsters are powerful. Polaboss is great when combined with both Freezecobra and Crimseias, especially considering they doubled the damage on detox strike so it one-shots everything. If I vile rage Polaboss then crescendo strike becomes deadly surprisingly fast, but in this faster meta that hasn’t come up much. What HAS come up is using stun pulse to keep a Willowyrm/Bloomeluga out of play.

That’s the best thing bro! Stop Copycats

Not talking about meta. It’s mostly either duscy or poison meta. I mentioned only the FLs which vary a lot with 5th follow up. I feel like in most circumstances it completely coin flip. I even see people spamming aps and then another player playing completely with raw moves :joy:

Oh and take care about master Marco. He is playing right now and testing your patience :joy:…after losing to me he used emeraldont to extend the end up to 10 min. I dunno what goes through his mind but this guy has seriously no problems bming until the very end

If I remember correctly, it almost looked like I could make a comeback but then I came to your end-game and there was no way I could get through it. You were the guy who’s Scorpiogeist got hit by my Zeuswyrm’s lightning entrance, right? I mean it as no complaint, RNG happens, but as soon as that happened I put my phone down and went “OMG well I’ve just lost, stupid 1 in 4 chance hahaha”. Next time I’m sure my Cyclozar will get to kill your Scorpiogeist before it gets given a turn through RNG and kills four of my monsters!

It was a good match overall. I enjoyed the challenge of trying to get back into the game after losing 5 monsters before I even got a turn. If you’d torn through the rest of my team I probably would’ve come away from it feeling bitter but I got a reasonable chance to play.

Honestly the rate at which Onigeist and Dusicyon can completely carry a team is disgusting… just ranting I suppose, but it’s pretty ridiculous imo that a single monster can have as much self sustaining power as these two do to not only carry a match but completely turn one around all by themselves.

Yes, I’m feeling a bit of salt right now…

@Killerdog what are the odds the cake on our profiles are appearing on the same day?

I’m also curious, but think he is simply a heavy grinder with an above average win rate.

@Mr.X what happened to your connection at the end of the last match we played? You were about to win too

disconnect.

then cant reconnect cuz the reconnection sucks in this game.

I’ll give u a super useful tip when that happens
After u get disconnected wait 12-15 secs before pressing yes, it will 100% reconnect whiteout any problems

I used to struggle a lot from disconnection now that I know that trick I never suffer from not getting connected back into the match

i try it if that happens again.

Don’t reconnect immediately , give 5-10 seconds and then press yes . It will work ! Works for me too
