my friend got banned last week and he didn’t even know the reason. The support system took a whole week to reply just to tell him to start over.
poor guy the only reason he could think of for getting banned is because he is getting a lot of wins in pvp by using moku. LIKE WHY THE HELL SHOULD SOMEONE BE BANNED FOR SPAMMING PVP MOKU!

one of my friend also once had the app outside playstore, then he reinstalled the playstore version. he indeed got banned but eventually got his acc back. he hoped it could go same way with this case but instead the system just told him to start over. so cruel.
People never tell the full story and go full victim mode in these cases… You need to be honest and tell the full story! There’s almost always a good reason for the ban. If you have downloaded the game from an outside source you are deserving of a ban. That’s it.
I know it’s harsh because in some countries it’s not possible to access Google play store or app store. In these cases I recommend using a VPN if you really care that much about playing Neo Monsters.
It’s normal they’re enforcing ban policies more than previously. Cheaters have been found not only in PvE events but also in PvP, even if PvP ones are just exploiters and not hackers. Therefore, I understand the reason for the ban hammer, even if it feels unfair.

he did not cheat or have any mod tho. He plays just like us and even spent a bit money sometimes. The only case is that the app he downloaded is outside playstore but he doesn’t even know he will be banned for it. And he also reinstalled the one from playstore with the same restore code. It feels bad if you think were playing the victim but were not that kind of people.

Well the screenshot you shared doesn’t show the whole email. The one from support says “We have detected” then is cut off. If he showed the whole email it would probably say something like they’ve detected use of third-party hack programs or whatever it was.
There’s no way it’s from using Moku in PvP. They wouldn’t have banned his account unless he was cheating or had downloaded a non-legit version of the game.

Probably played on a non legit version. Only case i know where people were unbanned for it was the cuban players who have no other way obtaining neo
consider me as the representative or spokesperson lol. Only two people uses the forum in our group.
yeah he was granted a restore code actually. and doing really great with his hatches now. Scorp,gazer, and maggat are sum. Takes few time till he gets back to his feet.
