Who should I give potions to:
SS
Dolpheonix
Lava
chronozar
Tiamazus
Tridrake. (Still looking for vorabook)
Out of those probably lava. After that I would say either SS or tia, they benefit the most from reduced cooldowns.
Use SE potions on chronozar while you can
