Restore Account

Hello, a few days ago I sent an email to the address specified on the games page in the app store and still haven’t received a response. In the email I stated that about a year ago I stopped playing the game, after I had played it for some time and put between 30-100 dollars into the game and I am now trying to play it again, but I have no idea what my restore code is. I did however find screenshots I took of my team and my friend code and I sent all of those shots in the email. Am I being ignored, does it usually take this long?
