Hello I am trying to restart my game of neo monsters made some noob errors I’ve tried in installing and clearing cache and removing from Google account any one know where I am going wrong please?
Honestly just delete and reinstall the app. That should do it
I’m sorry should have mentioned I have tried deleting and re installing on more than one occasion that does not work
Go to app info and clear the data of the game
Im sorry it seems I’ve not made myself very clear (first time making a thread like this) I have tried clearing app info and uninstalling then clearing cache then reinstalling the game,
And it’s still giving you the same profile? That’s very strange. When you delete things it explicitly tells you that all the data on it will be lost. I really can’t imagine how your profile would still be around after that.
No need reinstal lol just clear data
