Hello, Im new on neomonsters, i started playing two months ago, until recently i saw all my progress gone. I was playing on the phone and i use an SDcard to add more interal storage to my phone until one of my games got a recent update that needed me to eject my Sd card and format it and when i entered neo monsters all my progress got wiped out. I was wondering if there is a way to get my account with all my previous database.
There is a “transfer code” which allows you to restore your data. If you enter that it’s all okay. If you forgot to take note of it, you’ll need to contact support and share your purchase receipt of the game download as well as some other relevant information like your hero rank to help identify your account.

Being F2P doesn’t matter. You should have a purchase receipt of the game because the game costs money to download. If you didn’t download the game through the normal mobile app stores then I’m not sure if they’ll help you and to continue playing you must download the game from one of those.
i downloaded it from playstore and it was free during that time.
There still will be a receipt associated on your logged in account,

I think u need to show them a screenshot of when u downloaded then, i once last my account and since it downloaded when i was free thats what they told me to send them
Even if Neo Monsters is bought for free in the Google Playstore, you’ll get a receipt code into your GMail account.
Look in the purchase or download history on the store
