E.D. Kaiser’s passive ability is quite annoying since I can’t attack him except with an all-target attack, and abilities like Repulse or status changes don’t help. This is the umpteenth time I’ve lost my 13-game winning streak against an E.D. team, and I don’t want to lose in such a crushing fashion again.
Just be happy you are not playing during the time it was released and it was killing 10 of your monsters while 200TU have not even passed from the battle start.
Thinking about it, I think Gravity Field and Time Freeze can be good counters.
You don’t help
Ed Keiser is a weak monster now and anyway the rule is over you won’t meet him again.
but a little advice should avoid using three passive monsters in fl..
Thanks You.
That FL has given me good results; each monster plays an important role:
Leogeist: Stun Counter
Wolfenrir: Void Guardian Execute
Dracorosa: Purifies and stealths Shinobidragon if it’s on the field. If it kills, it does very good damage. Although I think it’s the least important.
Delugazar: It’s completely damage-oriented; previously, there was Azrazel, but Deluga works better than I expected (it almost always has kill options and even without a kill, it does considerable damage), and its Excessive Force makes for a good combo.
Given my currently unused monsters, and since you advise me not to have three passive monsters in FL, can you give me any other advice or recommendations?
Sorry for the unhelpful replies you received here. Many players on the forum are veterans and view things through the lens of owning lots of strong monsters.
E.D. Keiser is a tough matchup for many teams. Ultimately you will find your collection is strong enough that you can overpower teams you previously found very tricky to face.
I think if your team is able to get win streaks of 13 you are doing very well and shouldn’t worry too much about changing it to counter a specific team. You don’t want to weaken yourself for other matchups. Every team will have some matchups that counter it.
Token disruption is one of the ways that nicely counter Keiser setups. Most direct counters require specific team building because, as you say, it’s tricky to handle something you cannot directly target.
Fd oak fr one kb on any one of the EDs to cancel out the ss and following it with ur regular sweeping can be a good choice .
Just make sure u have something to remove it later or use one more fd for even more use from fd oak.
Hope this helps
As for a fl try out bartha (6star water elem ) with captain canine and 6th oak lol.
Yeah what Unholy_Prem says is one of the best generic ways of dealing with Keiser. If you knockback a single Elfin Dragon (knockback next works too) then Keiser won’t be able to use the secret skill to revive them all even if you decide to kill all 5 remaining super epics. I usually do that and then either leave Keiser alone until near the end of leave Keiser with a single ED.
They need an ED next in line to attack, so they get very slow and clunky when only two of them are left and they will eventually run out of the pullback move. What this means is you’ve turned the battle into something like a 4v2, which is much easier to win from and you just need to make sure you take them out before you get to the back of the team where you knockback the other one to.
