Guilds in NeoMonsters!

The honest trust is I wanted to see whether people would agree that it’s a problem. Instead it brought out all the DMG lot to come defend it

I haven’t seen one person agree with you though, seems like a personal problem.

You are right for that we are here to talk about the subject of the clans not to discuss about something unrelated to the subject.

My two cents:

Sharing accounts in order to maximize ticket use, and therefore gain a huge advantage on the leaderboards, is unfair

Sharing accounts PURELY in order to let a F2P access otherwise inaccessible monsters, without gaining ANY benefit from it, is fair, and a good thing to do

Neither of these conversations belong in this thread, and they can instead be put here, where you can debate as much as you want. This is a thread about clans, and it is in no way related to the sharing of accounts

Thank you for doing what a moderator should have done.

well I personally would not give my account code to anyone unless I am sure that I am going to leave the game, but if there is trust in someone and they want to let them play their account I see it as a personal decision about the account

It’s like that

I hate to be the voice of reason, but the other mods are offline, and KD is in no condition to resolve this

It’s more an issue of you being actively involved in this arguement, and also that you are WAY less polite and reserved than I have literally ever seen you

I genuinely considered that, he locks threads and deletes posts before they get this extreme

it’s just a joke I don’t think anyone takes any of this thread seriously

Okay now you’re making me feel guilty! It started with one comment about account sharing. The thread creator responded to that and seemed like he didn’t understand so I clarified. From there it triggered people and I just responded to them, alternating between reasonable debate and teasing them. All the sarcasm is not me being serious. As for bringing the account sharing for ranked PvP up with the Devs… that bit I definitely am doing, but I was going to do it anyway. It’s not for any of the reasons they seemed to place on it. It’s for the reasons I clearly detailed in my posts that weren’t just joking around.

And I want to add too… I actually really like the majority of DMG members. They’re a great bunch of people and I’m glad they’ve got a competitive group too. I completely understand the thrill of playing with monsters you don’t own on your normal account, especially when they’re things like mythics which are out of reach.

Tbh if account sharing was purely for fun and done for PvE, friendly PvP duels or maybe even just a bit of stuff in unranked PvP then I’d be supportive. I ultimately want people to have fun in the game, even if rules are being bent or technically broken… as long as it isn’t being done for personal advantage or negatively affecting other players in the community. I’m not a fun police, even though it might seem like it at times haha.

Sharing accounts to push in ranked PvP just isn’t the same kind of thing. That’s what I take issue with and there’s no real justification for it that overcomes the negative effects on others. If you’re going to account share then have fun with it in other ways. The way how a bunch of people will fight against me in defence of it, even doing mildly personal insults is way too much.

Well, since everyone calmed down (and I hope this does not happen again) tell me what you think and your ideas about the incorporation of clans and chat system to the game.:point_up:t2::grin:
