All of my arks are lvl 50-65. Im currently in the ice region of the game and was looking for good training spots. AND I GOT HANIWEL!!! Haha I was so excited! 
The biteschools spot is by far the best training spot
Which are where?
If you go to the small town directly west of reijin- Deucalis (which is on the crescent island) you move 3 spots south, then one west. That is on the water line and only biteschool will appear. You could get anywhere between 2k-9k xp per fight
