Nope, I was right. See the reply from VKC.
It might be that some are tankier then others but not in their unevolved first form against a charged skill. Was a bug.

To be clear, I cannot say KD was wrong though.
Unevolved monsters have different setting from fully evolved ones. (don’t ask me why)
I am glad we finally sorted it out.
Sure, he’s not wrong at all as some are tankier than others but when you’re playing for a while, you know how things should be with them when a certain skill hits.

In first 3 stages , we get attacked by gangs of dogs,cute kittens,birds,flowers,trees,bunnies,fishes,dolls !!!
I felt very sorry when I had to massacre them . But incredibly humorous when they managed to kill my protector with hundreds of tiny attacks !!
