How about this…
Request a refund from the company or the iTunes store, this will equate to returning the product. This should reset your profile to “not owning” neo monsters.

Then purchase the game again. On Android we can get refunds for issues like this through Google/play store. They would give the refund regardless of what the devs want.

That’s assuming I can find my receipt.

You should have a purchase history you can access. I get email receipts for all purchases on Android. Plus I can access my purchase history through the play store I believe. Maybe even PayPal.
