Game Dev Story
I prefer Game Dev Tycoon, mostly because the gameplay is less grinding-like, the graphics are more beautiful, and because it’s on pc : P
Game Dev Story looks intense. Everyone is on fire.

I see Xcom and Diablo both announced expansion packs… Diablo should have been so much better, but no character differentiation makes for a bleh rpg… Path of Exile is doing it right, I love their character level and customization scheme. xcom needs the content update… more of a good thing for sure! for the old schoolers the legend of Grimrock is getting a full on sequel, very cool little indie studio doing rpg ala dungeon master/ eotb.
should be a great fall for gaming on the PC… and the ipad.

If you have not heard of the latter then I urge you to drop what you’re doing and go to https://www.humblebundle.com/ right now. Every now and then they’ll have a bundle where you pay whatever you want for a collection of fantastic games and you can decide where the money goes between their charities, running the site, and the developers. They currently have an Origin bundle and as much as I despise Origin, the game collection is fantastic and many come with a Steam key.

I see you are into ARPG and that gladdens me. There is a game in development right now called Grim Dawn. It´s the creators of Titan Quest working on a new project. It´s still only in Alpha, but it´s been there since May, beta ain´t far away. I bought the alpha and I am greatly impressed by it´s playstyle and it´s clean-ish-ness. Look it up.

Sanctum 2 - PC, but now also available for XBOX and PS3. By far the game which has given me the most hours played this year. It´s a First Person Shooter +Tower Defense game. It´s amazingly good!
