Well, you can contact the Neo Monsters Support Service, and ask for a restore code. I believe their e-mail is shopsupport@zigzagame.net.
They will help you in time, they did that to me at least 
people i need your help , o both a new phone and i has the restore code but i cant use the code in this moment because always talk me that the nomonster cannot connect to the server
