Need help from an Admin/developer

Recently I got a new phone but unfortunately lost all my data that includes my neomonsters save. I downloaded the game again but have to start from scratch. I have already used the new code function previously but lost the code. Is there anyway for me to get my old account back?  I can provide any information needed about the account. Furthermore I had posted some of my team on this forum before hand in rate my build etc.

Speak to them on their Facebook account and they’ll reset your code. I’ve had the same problem as you recently, and I’ve asked them to reset mine three times already. But you need to give them your restore code…if you don’t have it maybe your username is enough for them to search your code.
