Did anyone ever find out how to fix the can’t connect to internet issue?

Nope, having the same problem here
Black reward screen. I tried reinstalling the app and then restarted my phone and still cannot see the daily reward screen. Help!
What do you mean burning. Is there someone that can cause that status effect?

Having same issue restarted game and phone and nothing helped.
I spend 5000 gem in summoning…With the super hard summon rates, I only get 4 SSR weapons, 1 SR unit, 3 SR weapons and the others (4* or below).
I tried all the beginner summon but none of them give me a SSR unit
Sounds normal to me. The rates in this game are abysmal

It’s a shitty situation
Sooo… After waiting for the servers to come back online today, my sr Velsa character broke.
Apparently the call minions skill is totally breaking the game. When I tap the skill button no animation plays and the battle stops. No minions in the reserves, no enemy turn, no buttons…
To be clear: the game doesn’t freeze, it just stops working and I have to close the app.
The attached image shows what’s on screen after tapping the skill button.
Hello, I lost 150 soulstones today.
After 25 days in july I logged in today but no rewards.
What can I do now ? I already sent a mail to zigzagame support but they are silent.
Well I am in the acte 4 chapter 3 and i finish the boss of this chapter so naturlly it says that i finish this chapter so i am kick out the chapter and when I come back I cant do the next chapter so I am stuck at the chapter 3. Pls tell me what to do.

Do you really care about your customers. Sent a complain last week and have not received any feedback. Posted a reply here and still no comment. Where are you if you can not follow up hire new people. This game will die if your attitude does not change I will wiat this week but I’d i don’t get feed back from you I am going to contact apple store and complain there I am sure they will listen to me better than you
As far as I know there are no devs from evertale in this forum. I am surprised that they dont respond to support tickets. In neo monsters they always reply
