Beat the ■■■■ out of him until you see the icon indicating he’s going to get 2 turns. If you have 4 spirit or less at this point you’re done because he will take away 4 and then wreck you with the move that puts you on 0 spirit.
The way to win was to keep your spirit on 5, ideally 6 before he gets his double turn. That way he can’t use the move that hammers you if you have 0 spirit.
If it’s the one i’m thinking of, that’s how i’d do it.
Make sure you equip weapons and items to make sure you’re doing high damage. I also used survivors for this.
Uh wrong fight dude, he’s talking about the one that stuns for 100 seconds every time you attack.

Ah. Just use a stun absorber then 
You need to avoid his attack that activates when you have more han 150tu. Took me a while but what i did was just passing turns to keep all units tu’s under 150, and only attack on turns that i can chip away a lot of health with a strong attack. This way he’ll just do normal attacks for the most part and not 1 shot your units.
I figured you need a stun absorber but the problem is where to find one!
