What are you talking about, the amount of banners were fine and they were not cheap as you would have proclaimed each banner cost around 1200gems on average. The maximum a F2P would be able to obtain is 1-3. That would be around 3600 gems which is not easily obtainable
Have you forgotten that prior to anniversary that the gap between F2P and paying players was substantially huge are you afraid that now they can compete against you, because they managed to pickup few good mythics ?
Its normal and should be expected, imagine this your a F2P and have very few mythics, and you managed to pickup nightingale wouldnt you use it even if 1 limited because you have no other choice
Oh nightingale is not good for the beby players lol what i mean is that most top players. Beside you spesificly. Used nightingale in their teams last season and thats players who have most of the limited 1 mythics and they still choose nightingale because of what she enables
Devs should just look up the use of Nightingale within players with the highest WR during this rule and it will all be clear to them.
According to the report she is not on the most used list, nor end game which means that majority of top players did not use her, and if i remember correctly i run into her few times but it wasnt that substantial

Don’t take it personally, I was speaking in plural, many here (I don’t know if this is your case) were delighted that on the anniversary they “gave” mythical people, many of them are here now complaining about Nightale
1200 gems per pity counter, that was the maximum, the normal thing is that a mythic cost between 600 and 1000 gems and yes that is practically a free myth
800 gems is pretty much not free.
Taking into account that a mythical can cost an average of 2000 gems, it is less than half of what it normally costs, if that is not a gift…
Yes actually making Nightingale more accessable made her power more obvious to the community and the devs. There are few others who also will see the same treatment once they are available next anniversary (Bridalith or Leira) so it’s not hypcrotical to ask for balance and also easier access to good older mythics once a year.

This move isn’t coherent at all even with the name , she comes slaps even the non sick monsters , even if you are healthy you are euthanizeed
she’s actually limiting the player’s suffering by making the match end faster 
Everytime I have a cool back and forth game where it feels like one mistake and it will tip the scale to the other player but then I see her horrible face in the upcoming monsters and I just stop caring about the game and just stop thinking. What a horrible game design

No idea about balance, but Euthanasia would be fitting its design if it was a mix of Finishing Snap and Early Trigger.
After all, monsters with <15% HP and enemies with Death Sentence/Deathmark can be considered as “close to death”!
