Entrance passive

So my Wraithcaptain passive is : When this monster enters the battlefield, it puts 1 random enemy to sleep.BUT when He is 1hp (revived) and enters the battlefield he instantly dies and puts no one to sleep wich makes no sense he should put one mon to sleep then die from poison since as soons as he enters it should put someone to sleep and THEN poison tick happens.What do you think?

sometimes the speed of entrance and poison are different

Entrance is entrance. There is no speed during entrance. There is a speed until you get your turn. The wierd thing is that it’s completely rng when poison ticks. Sometimes revived monsters (1hp ones) are visible for a short time during a turn and then die to poison ticks and sometimes they are instantly removed. Bonanoe has a point here and I have to agree that the entrance passive should have triggered during entrance, but if there is no entrance does it mean that poison tick kills you already at reinforcement place?:joy:

yeah how does poison kills me before I enter that makes no sense

yeah, sometimes this instant poison kill gives me an advantage about entrance effects, like when aurodragon reincarnate so many monsters and only there are monsters with 1hp and they are instantly killed

I think this is when you have multiple in a row. The first will enter and immediately die as it moves to the next monster’s turn, so doesn’t show, but the next will enter at that exact moment someone has a turn so it’ll be on the field with 1HP and poisoned.

It seems to alternate between showing them and not showing them. The 1HP poisoned monster on the field dies as the turn moves away from the current monster so the new one enters at that point I guess and dies as the next monster gets its turn.

It does seem a little bit weird to get your head around and I’m not even sure if what I’ve written is correct. Either way, if a 1HP monster with an entrance comes in poisoned I’d expect its passive to work even if it does immediately. Maybe two people should properly test it together?

Yet Shocking and stunning entrance works with 1 hp monsters entering to an auto poisoned battlefield. Weird, right?

There’s a reason 1hp mons sometimes survive auto poison briefly… let’s say a monster is killed, and a revive takes its place. The poison tick activates, kills it, and brings in the next revive. But the poison tick can only trigger once every turn, so the poison will be unable to kill the second revive until the next monster in line takes its turn. It’s not really rng, just the way the game is coded.

I guess you didn’t get my point or I didn’t explain it good enough. We are not talking about instant rebirth

Another thing happened so some enemy mon killed my mon with stun revenge and then the stun converter got a turn before my moth which entered after the converter should get his turn.So logically turn converter gets the turn but since moth enters it should get his turn before nultron since moth entered after .Idk if it’s clear it’s hard to explain.
