You fuse Glazio (last evo of frostkit - the ice starter) with Soltusk. (last evo of snorkling - the fire starter).
You can find frostkit from the first spot above orlen & snorkling on the fourth spot above orlen (on the road not in the forest).

I farm snorkling during 5h and I never find one… ^^’
It is very rare. Just make sure you farm on the right spot, snorkling is on the road & not in the forest.
You farmed for 5 hours so far? If that is not an estimate and a fact, you shouldn’t have too much longer to go. In all I spent about 7 hours on snorkeling, then finally getting one. I haven’t heard of anyone finding in a short period of time. The starters are the hardest to get in the wild by far.
I found them all in less than 1 hour each. Luck is the main factor here. USe metallodious to fasten things…
