Doom does kill after 350 TU, but ur probably thinking of roulette-like 3000000 damage(yes that much) and hits one random ark in play.
The animation is the same also so

Ya mechadino it keeps killing my lvl 98 plasmorex in one hit.
Yep that one move is devastating, u better hope it just hits itself or an enemy and not urs!
I remember thats what made it so hard for me to do the mechadino recipe mission 
Well, it is called roulette. A very risky bargain, but if you don’t want to deal with stupidly high hp tanks… roulette’s for you. Um, maybe. If it doesn’t hit your team. I like dreamhunt + sleep better.
Not risky if you use dark void.
I wish the enemies had less bonus actions, but more strategy. Hopefully in the next game, the enemies will actually have good strategy.
