In event ultimate challenge, i can’t play lv200 agains the gate keeper, it’s always loading and kick me out the main screen ? Have to wait 1-2 days to play maybe ? I report this issue three times but not thing happen 
The gatekeepers require connecting to a different server, similar to PvP. You need a stable connection to play them
