Do dev response to ban?

I’ve been banned and I am not sure why.

I have sent email and screenshot of my gems purchase from apple and bank account transaction.  But I have not seen any response.  

Before I got banned, I tried to purchase gems and gems were not delivered to my account so I tried couple of times and it banned me.

So now I want to know, should I wait and keep checking my phone every now and then or just give up because no one ever has came back from ban?

Same here. But are you sure? We banned. Is the online server cannot be accessed right now means that?

Well it’s been 3 days since I am getting that message and other people can connect.  And I also read fourm topic why someone would get banned.

  1. Gems poofing

  2. hacking

  3. I forgot etc etc.

So I remember that I was trying to purchase gems and it didn’t work and I had 9 eggs and I really wanted that 10 egg so I can open and try my luck.  but I guess luck is not on my side lol. 

Soon after I started receiving that message.  So yes, i am sure. 

So, How we will fix that? I sent mail to support service and admins of this page. Did you take any answer? Should we send mail to apple support and ask for full refund? I like the playing this game too much but this is unacceptable. I bought a gem and they banned me? RIDICULOUS!!!

Not much I can say, except pm vkc. He’s usually around and he’s pretty faithful about this sort of thing.

Messed him 2 days back and it said he read my message but no reply.
