I assume this is what happened?
You got a connection error and it told you to keep trying until it works otherwise the reward will be lost.
And then you clicked on cancel (or something similar?) instead of trying to reconnect?
I have had this happen before, but it was a useless low reward, so I didn’t mind. But you really need to click on reconnect or whatever it says until it works, you can also wait a couple of minutes and retry, but never give up or else the reward will be lost.
Contact the devs, maybe they can restore it.
