I want you to imagine something. At the end of the day, I think neo works similarly.
Imagine running a car business where you, obviously, sell cars. Now you can sell the ferrari, lamborghini, etc. All the big fancy cars maybe once in a blue moon for one big paycheck.

The probable more current and more sustainable version of selling everyday cars, lower checks, sure, but more frequent. And those checks add up if enough customers come in to such a degree that it can overshadow the other dealership.
Neo works in the same way imo. You can go balls to the wall and splurge your money on a mythic that only the select few can get, which is quite bad practice for a game that is worldwide; or allow the smaller spenders some source of ‘enticement’ aka allow them to the same monsters that allow more widespread customers in the long run.
you speak profit based on the Ferrari dealership is better, meanwhile it isn’t sustainable on just a handful of 'whales".
Edit: If you’re gonna talk about running neo as a business, at least pretend you had business studies XD

Infact you are totally right about it.
You have fancy cars dealerships which comes with a huge bunch of tools, such dedicated assistance or optionals that you might or might not want to install.
While normal cars they don’t have that amount of extra attention.
This is exactly what NeoMon is doing, giving dedicated assistance to everyone normal or fancy cars doesn’t matter.
Every customer must be treated respectfully regardless from the choice of a fancy car or a normal car, but your attention as a business should be more focused on who invest on it.

If you put together only my spendings + @squinty1880 's we already covered if not passed all the low/mid spenders investments.
plus if you consider there is other whales that you could add to the big spenders team, well the difference is like a lake with an ocean.

There is a case to be argued here. I had to spend 3x the amount of gems to awaken something that can be bought for much cheaper price. I do think its a good thing that we are going with this approach and I applaud the devs for it. But what i would have liked to see that the vip rewards gets expanded. To reach level 12 you have to spend ridiculous amount of money. Specially the region am from the prices are way to high 90usd for the 150 paid gems expending the rewards while keeping the max same will definitely help

Oh i know i have fought it in fl a bunch but its more annoying you know? Its not a real threat unless you are trying to cripple a team with nyx or spam tokens
