The only catchable ones are puffoxin and rhynobrawl.

Puffoxin - tropical isles, west of weika
You can’t roll for apollorex, he is an event mon. Talo and nebel are the only two from the regular wheel with death revenge
You could have got Gaiawolf on the event, a super epic monster with death revenge. He’s not available anymore though.
